If you have trouble here, remember that this part of your introduction comes directly from the topic sentences in your body paragraphs. Since the body paragraphs are your main points, the topic sentences contain the essential information you will be discussing in the paper. Don’t COPY the topic sentences into your intro! Try to phrase the ideas in your topic sentences differently here.
